SUMMARY:
A U.S. domiciled regional property and casualty insurance company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the direct oversight of accounting and finance, including investments, financial reporting, audit, tax, compliance, and budgeting. This individual will also have oversight of regulatory compliance including NAIC, OIR, and Financial Ratings Organization. This includes reporting on both a U.S. GAAP and SAP basis, including annual management discussions and all regulatory and financial ratings bureau compliance and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have 10+ years in an operational or financial role within an insurance carrier, broker or MGA environment. Extensive knowledge of the property CAT market in the southeast United States. Accounting degree and CPA designation required. Benefits package includes bonus and stock options.
