SUMMARY:
A U.S. domiciled group healthcare insurance company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the direct oversight of accounting and finance, including investments, financial reporting, audit, tax, compliance, and budgeting. This individual will also have oversight of regulatory compliance including NAIC, OIR, and Financial Ratings Organization. This includes reporting on both a U.S. GAAP and SAP basis, including annual management discussions and all regulatory and financial ratings bureau compliance and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have 10+ years in an operational or financial role within an insurance carrier environment and extensive knowledge in group healthcare. Accounting degree and CPA designation required.
