SUMMARY
The Vice President manages all aspects of the company's anticipatory budgeting, financial compliance and financial projections. Evaluates and reports the overall financial position and results of land development operations and renovation operations; Directs the maintenance of precise financial records and production of accurate financial reports; Reviews and monitors the technical accounting; Acts as the conscience of the division which, among other things, involves fiduciary responsibilities, business process improvement, and challenging the thinking / decisions of the entire management team.

This position reports directly to the Corporate CFO and manages the land development accounting department and will support personnel including controllers, staff accountants, accounts receivables, accounts payables, collections and financial analysts.

REQUIREMENTS
- CPA
- Construction accounting experience within one of the following environments is a must; entertainment, hotel/casino or large residential development
- 5+ years senior-level management experience within a fast paced environment
